• Feeding: Feeding 52 dogs daily in Howrah, with plans to expand to Digha and nearby areas by mid-2026.

• Neutering: Neutering 20 dogs in Hooghly by April 2026, with expansion planned across parts of North 24 Parganas, including Kolkata, and the remaining Hooghly district by year-end.

• Vaccination: Vaccinated 52 dogs in Halisahar and 20 cats and 30 dogs in Chuchura, with plans to scale vaccination drives across West Bengal.
