About Us
We are the voice of the voiceless: to protect, rescue, and rehabilitate stray and abandoned animals in and around Halisahar, while promoting compassion, legal awareness, and responsible pet care within the community.

Our Objectives
Rescue & Rehabilitate: Act swiftly to save animals in need and restore their health and trust.
Promote Adoption: Match rescued animals with loving families, reducing the number of stray animals.
Mass Vaccination: Ensure all rescued animals are vaccinated to prevent the spread of disease.
Spay & Neuter: Control the stray animal population through responsible spaying and neutering.
Medical Aid: Provide necessary medical care, including surgeries, treatments, and rehabilitation.
Free/Subsidized Vet: Offer affordable veterinary services to low-income pet owners and stray animals.
Community Engagement: Raise awareness through workshops, school programs, and public events.
Advocate for Animal Rights: Campaign for stronger laws and regulations protecting animal welfare.
Our Long Term Vision
We aim to expand Voice For Paws beyond Halisahar into rural and underserved areas across West Bengal, where animals often go unseen and unsupported. By building local rescue hubs and training volunteers, we dream of a connected, compassionate network that reaches every paw in need.
